Baron Sogg is a kitbash/custom/mod of the 1985 Sog Master cereal premium that came in Captain Crunch.
I really always liked the design and sculpt of the mini-figure and no one had done anything with it since then so I figured I'd bring him back into the 21st century.
The main modifications were extending the head fin, adding the shoulder spike, some details on the back and giving him a "Shockwave-esque" mono-eye.
